Samantha Simmonds is a registered Clinical Psychologist who completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Bond University. Prior to this, Samantha graduated from George Mason University in Virginia, USA with a Bachelor in Science of Psychology. During her post graduate study, Samantha conducted research aimed at understanding the impacts of mindfulness practice in reducing stress, anxiety and depression. This research led Samantha to develop an interest in mindfulness-based interventions and alternative therapies that compliment her training background. The combination of these practices allows Samantha to support people with varying needs and difficulties, in addition to assisting people in achieving their goals and live fulfilling lives.
